The National Executive Council (NEC) is the supreme administrative organ of the NVT-USA Football Association.
Elected from member clubs for a renewable two-year term , the NEC officials are responsible for the planning ,
orchestration and management of all NVT-USA activities in keeping with the bylaws of the organization.

This is the legislative branch of the association and ensures balance of power. The NAB develops and votes on all rules and regulations governing the organizat

The NAB develops and votes on all rules and regulations governing the organization as well as amendments to the bylaws of the organization. In addition to the voting members , the National Executive , Mission Committee chairpersons and Emeritus National Presidents sit on the board.
